Cancellation Policy – INACC (Indian National Aerospace & CanSat Challenge)

At INACC, we are committed to delivering a high-quality and safe learning experience. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering.

1. Olympiad Registration:

• No Refund Policy: All registrations for the INACC Olympiad are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Phase 2 – 5-Day On-Ground Workshop & Launch

Participation fees for the workshop are non-refundable once confirmed
• No refunds will be applicable in case the final rocket launch is impacted due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:
• Adverse or unsafe weather conditions
• Government restrictions, advisories, or unforeseen regulatory actions
• Pandemic-related disruptions
• Any force majeure / act of God
• Improper assembly or handling of the rocket by participants
• Partial Refund Clause:
• A refund of ₹2,000 + GST per participant will be applicable only if the rocket launch does not take place due to technical failure directly attributable to the official technology partner, Synodic Space Labs Pvt. Ltd.
